Hansung Co., Ltd. executives and employees aim for "fair corporate implementation without 

discrimination" and "human rights management that puts people first." Accordingly, we 

declare the "Hansung Human Rights Management Charter" as follows and pledge to

implement it as a standard that executives and employees should observe in order to 

improve human dignity and value in all management activities at home and abroad.

 

 

First We respect human rights and practice human rights management that realizes human dignity and values.

First We respect diversity and prohibit all discrimination according to gender, age, race, disability, religion, political orientation, and region of origin.

First We protect privacy and freedom of the body, and we respect all freedoms, including freedom of thought, conscience, religion, expression, peaceful assembly and association.

First We strive to respect, listen to, and reflect the opinions of the parties concerned based on democratic principles.

First We guarantee industrial safety and health rights by creating a safe and healthy working environment.

First We prohibit child labor, forced labor, and comply with all labor principles recommended by the International Labor Organization (ILO) and ratified by the state in relation to health, safety, and working hours.

First We comply with domestic and foreign environmental laws and make efforts to protect the environment and prevent pollution.

First We respect the human rights of stakeholders such as related agencies, partners, local residents, and customers, and strive to prevent human rights from being violated.

First We prevent human rights violations in advance and actively seek relief for human rights violations that have occurred.

First We affirm to treat all employees and stakeholders humanely and with dignity.

First We strictly prohibit any form of coercion, violence, harassment, humiliation, discrimination, or inhumane treatment.

First We are committed to ensuring physical and psychological safety, dignity, and a fair and respectful working environment for all.
